Default Flex 4 & Flash Builder 4 released
Adobe today announced the immediate availability of Flex 4 framework and Flash Builder 4.
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashbuilder/

And it looks like Adobe have learned their lesson in international pricing.
Diffenrences are much less than before.
